Responsibilities / What you'll do. Work closely with Erik Torenberg and On Deck leadership to spearhead special projects – ranging from strategic initiatives, to one-off apps, to new product launches, etc. Be a jack-of-all-trades for the projects you own: handle everything from idea validation, to design, to strategy, product management, development (code/no-code), growth/BD, operations, launch, marketing, etc.
